  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your notice within 2 business days, review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may contact you if we need more information.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you can send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the material concerned and the reason you believe it was removed by mistake. We will review it and respond.
